摘 要:在试验室条件下,用色谱柱分离主要产物,再用气象色谱法控制反应进度,制备出一种高浓度的新型硫化矿捕收剂PLQ1。以江西某铜矿的铜矿石为矿样,进行浮选试验,对比了PLQ1和酯-105 2种药剂的捕收效果。发现在相同流程和药剂用量下PLQ1比酯-105浮选回收率提高了3.96%,精矿品位上升了1.22%。结果表明,新型脂类药剂PLQ1能有效的提高选矿的针对性,选矿效率提高了3.91%。In laboratory,a new collector PLQ1 with high concentration for sulfide ores was prepared by separating the main product with chromatographic column and controlling the extent of reaction with gas chromatography.Flotation experiment of a copper ore from a Copper mine in Jiangxi was carried out.The collector PLQ1 was compared with ester-105 in collecting effect.It was found that with the same flotation technological flow-sheet and under the same dosages of reagents used,comparing with ester-105,collector PLQ1 improved the flotation recovery by 3.96% and increased the Cu grade in concentrate by 1.22%.The results showed that the new ester type collector PLQ1 can effectively increase the pertinence of flotation of the sulfide ore,the efficiency of separation was improved by 3.91%.
