摘　　要：目的:报告1例抑郁症与强迫症共病患者的精神动力导向的治疗过程。方法:采用精神动力导向的治疗方法,每周1次晤谈,共45次。结果:患者的强迫观念、抑郁症状及社会功能有所好转,对症状的无意识意义有所领悟。结论:患者童年期共生性、过分溺爱的母子关系和敌对性的父子关系,令其陷入乱伦和弑父的强烈罪疚和洗刷罪恶的强迫重复中。Objective: To introduce the psychodynamic oriented treatment process of a patient with deep depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder.Methods: A psychodynamic oriented treatment of fifty minutes once a week was given to a patient with deep depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder,totally of 45 sessions.Results: His obsessive beliefs,depressive symptoms and social function were all somewhat better.He also understood some of the unconscious symbols of his symptoms.Conclusion: The early symbiotic and over-spoiled relationship with his mother,as well as the hostile relationship with his father,have made him involve in the strong guilt of incest and parricide and compulsive repetitions to wash it out.
