城市污水处理厂污泥中多氯二苯并二噁英/呋喃的分布特征

摘　　要：采用同位素稀释法-高分辨气相色谱-质谱测定了2007年北京8个污水处理厂污泥样品中多氯二苯并二李雪梅英(PCDDs)和多氯二苯并呋喃(PCDFs)的分布情况,并根据毒性当量系数计算了污泥中PCDD/Fs的毒性当量(I-TEQPCDD/Fs).样品的I-TEQPCDD/Fs为1.4—15.0 pg.g-1dw,平均值为6.0 pg.g-1dw,结果表明,污泥中PCDD/Fs的I-TEQs明显低于GB18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中关于污泥农用时PCDD/Fs的标准排放限值(100 pg.g-1dw).与2004年相比,2007年污泥中PCDD/Fs的含量已显著降低(P<0.05).Eight sewage sludges from municipal wastewater treatment palnts（WWTPs） in Beijing were analysed for polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins（PCDDs） and polychlorinated dibenzofurans（PCDFs） by isotope-dilution high-resolution gas chromatography high-resolution mass spectrometry.Total toxicity equivalent（TEQ） values were evaluated using the toxicity equivalent factors.The I-TEQs for these sewage sludges were from 1.4 to 15.0 pg·g-1 dw,with a mean value of 6.0 pg·g-1 dw,indicating that the I-TEQs were below the upper limit（100 pg·g-1 dw） regulated by GB 18918—2002 ＂Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant＂ for agricultural use in soils.Meanwhile,the temporal trend of PCDD/Fs was analyzed by comparing the data in the present study with the data obtained in 2004.And the results showed that the levels of PCDD/Fs have declined from 2004 to 2007（P0.05）.
