摘 要:针对现有活性污泥系统存在运行稳定性差与低温对生物硝化功能的影响问题,利用悬浮填料进行了强化活性污泥系统硝化功能的试验研究。研究结果表明,在常温条件下,当系统HRT由16 h缩短到8 h,悬浮填料复合系统氨氮硝化率由98.3%仅下降到93.1%,而对比系统硝化率由97.9%下降到87.3%,复合系统具有较高的负荷能力;在低温条件下(反应温度为7-10℃),复合系统较对比系统氨氮硝化率提高16.6%。悬浮填料与活性污泥结合的生物处理系统不仅提高了系统运行的稳定性,而且解决了低温对系统硝化功能的影响问题。Aiming at the present problems caused by poor operational stability and the effect of low temperature on the biological nitrification function of activated sludge systems,researches on using suspended fillers for enhancing the nitrification function of activated sludge systems have been conducted.The results show that the ammonia-nitrogen nitrification function rate of the suspended filler enhanced system declines from 98.3% to 93.1% and the system without suspended fillers declined from 97.9% to 87.3%,when the HRT of the system is shortened from 16 h to 8 h at normal temperature.The enhanced system has better loading capacity.When the temperature is low(reaction temperature is 7-10 ℃),the nitrification rate of enhanced system is 16.6% higher than the system without suspended fillers.The biological treatment system that combines suspended fillers with activated sludge not only significantly improves the operational instability of the system,but effectively solves the problem caused by the effect of low temperature on the nitrification function of the system.
