摘 要:研究了以微波强化FeCl3对钙基膨润土改性的方法。探讨了改性膨润土对活性艳蓝X-BR染料废水的去除效果,并确定了微波改性膨润土的制备条件及投加量、溶液pH、接触时间等对脱色性能的影响。实验结果表明,当微波功率为480 W、辐照时间8 min、染料废水溶液pH=6.0、接触时间30 min、改性膨润土投加质量为0.5 g时,微波强化FeCl3改性膨润土对色度2 000倍、初始COD为620 mg/L的染料废水的脱色率达到99.5%,COD去除率为95.2%。The modification method of Ca-bentonite with FeCl3 enhanced by microwave has been studied.The decolorization effect of the modified bentonites on wastewater containing activated blue X-BR has been discussed.The preparation conditions and dosage of microwave modified bentonite,pH of the solution,contact time,etc.have been determined.The experimental results show that the decolorization rate and removal rate of modified bentonite,which has been microwave enhanced with FeCl3,for the dye-containing wastewater whose chroma is 2 000 times,and initial COD 620 mg/L are 99.5% and 95.2% respectively,when the microwave power is 480 W,irradiation time 8 min,pH of the dye-containing wastewater 6.0,contact time 30 min,and added mass of modified bentonite 0.5 g.
