双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合茵栀黄颗粒治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合茵栀黄颗粒治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效。方法:将358例新生儿黄疸患儿分为治疗组186例和对照组172例,2组均给予常规治疗,治疗组加服双歧杆菌四联活菌片和茵栀黄颗粒,观察2组患儿血清胆红素的浓度变化。结果:治疗组与对照组72h胆红素下降值、胆红素日均下降值及治疗时间比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合茵栀黄颗粒治疗新生儿黄疸有显著疗效。OBJECTIVE：To observe the clinical efficacy of Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets combined with Yinzhihuang granule in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.METHODS：358 cases of neonatal jaundice were divided into treatment group（186 cases） and control group（172 cases）,both groups were given conventional treatment.Treatment group was additionally given oral dose of Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets and Yinzhihuang granule.The changes of serum bilirubin concentration in 2 groups were observed.RESULTS：There was significant difference between treatment group and control group in respect of the decrease of 72 hours bilirubin level,daily decrease value and treatment duration（P0.05）.CONCLUSIONS：Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets combined with Yinzhihuang granule is effective in the treatment of neonatal jaundice without adverse drug reaction.
