摘　　要：本文根据我国内河湖泊、沿海港湾及近海海峡间客船和客货船运输的现状，提出了对水上客运的基本要求。并介绍了适用于我国各种水域的高性能船舶船型，以提高船的快速性和经济性，改善船的操纵性、舒适性、耐波性和可靠性，进而改变目前我国水运的落后状况。Based on the analysis to the current situation of fast passenger and cargo transportation in inland waterways, lakes and rivers, in coastal areas and between straits, the paper presents the basic requirements on waterborn passenger shipping and introduced the types of HPMVS operating in China now. The aim of future development is to increase the speed, increace economic benefits and improve manoeuvrability, comfortability, sea keeping quality and reliability, and finally make China's waterborn shipping modernized.
