摘　　要：本文介绍了东锅超临界直流锅炉结渣的问题,阐述了通过冷态试验的方式,探索燃烧器气流结构,分析结渣形成的机理,从而制定解决方案,消除锅炉结渣问题,提高锅炉运行安全性。This paper introduced the problem of ash sticking about suqercritical pressure boiler.We analyzed flow pattern of the burner through cold model test,and made the solution according to the result of the test.After structure reform of the burner,the problem resolved.And the Safety of the boiler operation was visibly increasing.
