摘  要:合成了可通过四重氢键自聚的含2-脲-4[1H]-嘧啶酮(2-ureido-4[1H]-pyrimidone,UPy)结构的扩链剂2-甲基-2-UPy基-1,3-丙二醇。以此二元醇结合不同比例的1,4-丁二醇为扩链剂,合成一系列不同UPy侧基含量的聚氨酯弹性体(PU-UPy)。通过FT-IR1、H-NMR、TG、DMA分析及拉伸测试,对UPy扩链剂及其制备的PU-UPy的结构和性能进行了研究。结果表明,UPy扩链剂以及PU-UPy的结构与预期设计相符。UPy基团的自聚使得PU-UPy有着不同的热性能和良好的拉伸强度,完全使用UPy扩链剂制备的聚氨酯材料力学性能最佳。2-methyl-2-UPy(2-ureido-4[ 1HI-pyrimidone)-1, 3-propanediol was synthesized as a chain extender which could dimerize through quadruple hydrogen bond. Mixture of this UPy based chain extender and 1,4-butanediol were used to synthesize a series of polyurethane elastomers with different UPy function group content. The structure and properties were characterized through FT-IR, ^1H-NMR, TG, DMA and tensile testing. The results showed the structure of UPy chain extender and PU-UPy matched with our expectation. The dimerization of UPy side group led to different thermal properties and better elongation in PU-UPy. The PU-UPy with UPy chain extender completely had the best mechanical properties.
