摘　　要：全国水库移民后期扶持管理信息系统(以下简称移民管理信息系统)环境是集网络、数据汇集和服务中心及安全等的综合系统,是移民管理信息系统重要的基础设施,支撑着移民管理信息系统各类应用系统的运行和服务。详细介绍了移民管理信息系统的网络、信息汇集和服务中心及系统安全的建设情况,为移民管理机构、终端用户提供日常业务处理的平台。The basic platform for information system for post-assistance management of reservoir resettlement in China（hereafter short for information system for management of reservoir resettlement） is an integrated system with functions of data transmission,data collection,service center and system security.It is an significant infrastructure of the information system,supporting operation and service of each application system of the information system.The thesis carries out a detailed presentation on construction of the information system network,information collection,service center as well as system security,in the hope of offering resettlement administrative organization or end user a platform for daily business management.
