摘 要:针对无载频探地雷达发射单元对电源的要求,采用差分电路和电流源相结合的方法,设计并制作了70V~282V连续可调的线性直流电源。理论上纹波小于5mV,负载电流可以达到1 A。改善了电源对温度的敏感性,降低了放大管的压降,实现了宽范围的输入和输出,并有浪涌、短路、线路滤波全面的保护电路。实际制作并调试了在70V~90V和140V~282 V2个范围内可调的电源,实测时负载电流500mA,纹波小于20mV。该电源可以直接方便的应用在其他系统中,通过并联调整管来满足大功率要求。Considering the requirements of the impulse-GPR transmission unit to the power supply,a method of differential circuit combined with current sources is adapted,and a 70 V~282 V continuously adjustable linear DC power supply is designed and made.The ripple is less than 5 mV and the load current can reach 1 A in theory.The temperature sensitivity of power supply is improved and the pressure drop of amplification transistor is reduced,therefore a wide range of input and output can be achieved.There designed comprehensive protection circuitries of surge,short circuit and filtering to guarantee the power supply.Two ranges of 70 V~90 V and 140 V~282 V adjustable power supply are actually made,the load current is 500 mA and the ripple is less than 20 mV in observation.The power supply can easily be applied to other systems and adjusted to meet high power requirements through parallel of transistors.
