摘　　要：为了准确、快速地对遭受地震影响的土坝工程的破坏状态进行评估,以土坝震害判断模型为基础,采用VB平台开发了土坝震害评估系统,并介绍了系统开发的总体设计和模式,阐述了系统开发中VB与Excel链接、Excel与Access数据导入等关键技术。In order to carry out quick and accurate assessment to the damage state of the earth dam project suffered from earthquake,based on earth dam earthquake damage estimation model and with application of VB platform,the earth dam earthquake damage assessment system were developed,the overall design and pattern of system development were introduced,key technologies such as the link of VB with Excel and input of Excel/Access data during system development were elaborated.
