中草药白头翁对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响

摘　　要：试验选用120头平均体重为（7.64±0.13）kg的杜×长×大三元杂交断奶仔猪,采用单因素试验设计。研究饲料中添加中草药白头翁散剂（1503、00 mg/kg）和白头翁皂苷（12.5、25 mg/kg）,对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响,且寻求最佳添加量。试验共分6个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复5头猪。试验期共为28 d,分为前期（1~14 d）和后期（15~28 d）2个阶段。试验结果表明,日粮中添加中草药白头翁散剂和白头翁皂苷对断奶仔猪的日增重、料重比、平均采食量及腹泻率均有显著影响（P〈0.05）。In this single-factor experiment,one hundred and twenty Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire crossbred weaning piglets with average weight（7.64 ± 0.13） kg were chosen to study the effects of pulsatilla powder of Chinese herbal medicine（150,300 mg/kg） and pulsatilla saponin（12.5,25 mg/kg） on the growth performance of weaning piglets,and find the optimum additive amount.The piglets were randomly allocated to 6 groups with 4 replicates of 5 piglets each replicate.The trial lasted 28 days and involved 2 periods（0 to 14 days is earlier stage and 15 to 28 days is later stage）.The results indicated that diets supplemented with 300 mg / kg pulsatilla powder can improve average daily gain and feed intake of weaning piglets,and decrease feed conversion ratio and diarrhea rates effectively.
