摘　　要：洞庭湖区域是长株潭城市群经济中心的经济腹地,对长株潭城市群经济中心的发展极其重要,具有农产品供给、生产要素供给、资源供给、承接产业转移和对接产业分工、提供工业产品销售市场等功能。洞庭湖区应实施绿色涉农消费品产业集群发展战略,建设专业化基地农业、标准化品牌农业和工厂化制成品农业,打造肉制品、米制品、油制品和果蔬茶制品的涉农消费品产业集群,申请创建国家级"洞庭湖中国特色农业现代化示范区"。The Dongting Lake area is one of the economic hinterlands of the CZT city cluster economic center and can supply agricultural products,production factors,resources,undertake industrial shift,provide industrial connection and sales market for the CZT city cluster.It should take the strategy of green agricultural consumer goods cluster.It should establish specialization base agriculture,standardization brand agriculture and plant endproduct agriculture and build a green agricultural consumer goods industry cluster covering rice products,meat products,oil products and fruit products.It should establish a national - level ＂ Dongting Lake agricultural modernization demonstration area with Chinese charactersitics＂.
