摘　　要：农地流转需要先进法律文化的规范和引导先进法律文化建设具有沟通农地流转主体、引导与推动农地流转、提高农地流转效率的积极作用。加强农村先进法律文化建设,有利于实现农地合理有序流转,推动农村经济社会发展。Advanced legal culture is necessary to regulate and guide farmland circulation.It can play the role of connecting the subjects of farmland circulation,guiding and promoting farmland circulation and improving the efficiency of farmland circulation.Advanced legal culture construction is beneficial to reasonable and orderly farmland circulation and economic and social development in rural areas.
