高原军人睡眠质量对选择反应时间的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨睡眠质量对高原军人的视觉选择反应时的影响。方法采用匹兹堡睡眠质量问卷和EP-204反应时间测定仪,对108名驻扎在海拔3300米的高原地区的军人进行了测试。结果有45名被试匹兹堡睡眠质量问卷得分大于7,占41.7%,设为A组。63名被试得分小于7,设为B组。将两组的反应时间水平进行比较,A组平均反应时间成绩为(0.78±0.19),B组为(0.68±0.08),两组比较有显著统计学差异(t=3.07,P<0.01)。结论睡眠质量对反应时间可能有较为重要的影响。Objective To investigate the effect of sleep quality on choice reaction time in military personnel at high altitude area.Methods A total of 108 military personnel at high altitude area were assessed by PSQI and visual choice reaction time.Results There were 45 military personnel whose total score 7 at high altitude area,accounting for 41.7% and being used as Group A.The 63 personnel whose total score 7 were used as Group B.The military personnel with sleep disorder was prolonged compared to the military personnel without sleep disorder on choice reaction time（0.78±0.19 vs（0.68±0.08）,t=3.07,P0.01）.Conclusion The sleep quality has a significant effect on reaction time.
