浅析小城镇生活垃圾污染防治中存在的主要问题及对策

摘　　要：小城镇生活垃圾污染防治工程建设是农村基础设施建设的重要组成部分,对小城镇的发展及环境保护都起着重要作用。中国小城镇数量较多,布局分散,产生的生活垃圾长期暴露堆放,不仅污染水体、大气和土壤环境,甚至直接影响到人们的身体健康,同时也阻碍了社会主义新农村建设。目前小城镇生活垃圾存在着多种处理方式,通过对小城镇生活垃圾现状中存在的主要问题进行系统地分析,小城镇应按照因地制宜的原则结合自己的实际,提出合理性的防治对策及措施。Constructions of prevention and control of the municipal solid waste pollution has become the important part of its infrastructure in small towns,and plays an important role from its development and environmental protection.In China small towns have large number and Layout scattered,the long-term exposure of the pile not only pollutes the air,water and soil conditions,even affects directly on people＇s health and prevents construction of new socialist countryside.Currently there are a variety of waste treatment.Through analyzing systematically on prevention and control of the main problems of the municipal solid waste pollution.In accordance with the principle of local conditions,the article puts forward a series of reasonable prevention countermeasures and proposal to small towns with their actual.
