基于模糊综合评判的旅游环境质量评价——以梅州市为例

摘　　要：旅游环境质量评价是促进区域旅游发展的一个重要方面。针对梅州市旅游发展现状,通过对专家进行梅州市旅游环境质量问卷询问,统计得出梅州市旅游环境质量指标体系中各指标的权重指数与评分,再利用模糊综合评判法对梅州市旅游环境质量进行综合评价,结果得出梅州市旅游环境质量总体良好,旅游景区景点的规划、旅游形象策划、基础设施、旅游管理制度、鄂信息环境等质量较差。Tourism environment quality evaluation is an important aspect to promote regional tourism development.According to the present tourism development situation and the expert questionnaire about tourism environment quality of Meizhou,the paper gets each indicator＇ weight and its evaluation score on the environment quality indicator system from statistics,and then using fuzzy synthetical evaluation method to evaluate the tourism environment quality of Meizhou comprehensively.The results are： The tourism environment quality of Meizhou is good overall.The quality of scenic spots in the planning,the image of the planning,infrastructure,tourist management system and the information environment is poor.
