16排螺旋CT血管成像诊断肾动脉病变的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的评价16排螺旋CT血管成像诊断肾动脉病变的临床应用价值。方法对500例肾脏病变高血压患者行16排CT连续容积扫描,以CT轴位薄切图像(层厚1.25mm,间隔1.25mm为原始数据,然后应用GEAW4.2工作站进行双肾动脉图像后处理,结合多种重建图像综合分析。结果 500例中共显示肾动脉1032条,部分显示一侧或双侧双肾动脉供血,主肾动脉皆显示清晰,级分支显示率95.3%,级以下分支能够清晰显示,显示率95%。结论 SCTA能如实显示肾动脉狭窄的部位和程度,具有重要的临床价值,完全可取代血管造影。Objective To study the clinical application of 16-slice Spiral CT angiography（16SCTA） in renal arterial stenosis.Methods 500 patients clinical lysus pected of renal arterial stenosis were examined by 16 TA.Slice thickness 1.25mm index 1.0mm,After scaning,MPR and 3D recons tructions were finished on VQ workstation.Results In the 500ses,1032 renal arteries were clearly visualized by SCTA.Conclusion By sensible imagete chnique and compressive image analyse,SCTA is able to make are liable diagnosis of renal arterial stenosis and SCTA has an important role in clinical application.
