摘  要:研究PPO/HIPS合金的增韧阻燃改性,比较氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)及其与马来酸酐接枝共聚物(SEBS-g-MAH)两种不同增韧剂,以及间苯二酚—双磷酸二苯酯(RDP)和四苯基(双酚A)二磷酸酯(BDP)两种阻燃剂对合金性能的影响。结果发现:SEBS-g-MAH增韧合金的弯曲强度和弯曲模量高于SEBS合金,且断裂伸长率和流动性较好,而SEBS合金的韧性高出SEBS-g-MAH约40%;在达到V0阻燃的条件下,阻燃剂BDP制备PPO/HIPS合金的刚性更好,而RDP制备合金的韧性更好。The toughening and flame-retarding of modified PPO/HIPS alloy were studied. The effects of two different kinds of toughening agents, such as hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer (SEBS) and its maleic anhydride copolymer (SEBS-g-MAH) were compared. Also the effects of two kinds of flame retardant, such as resorcinol bis diphenyl phosphate (RDP) and bisphenol A his diphenyl phosphate ( BDP), on the properties of the alloy were investigated. Results showed that the suitable content of HIPS was 30 % ,the flexural strength and modulus as well as elongation at break and flow proterties of SEBS-g-MAH toughened alloy were better than those of SEBS toughened alloy,whereas the toughness of SEBS toughness alloy was 40 % higher than that of SEBS-g-MAH toughened alloy. When the flame-retarded grades (V-0) were obtained, the rigidity of BDP alloy was better,while the toughness of RDP alloy was better.
