摘 要:通过种子预乳化半连续乳液聚合技术,以苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为共聚单体,合成一种新型的亲水聚合物,并作为抗静电剂应用在ABS树脂中。通过对引发剂、乳化剂用量考察,得到了乳液聚合最佳工艺,并研究抗静电剂对ABS试样的抗静电性能和微观形态影响。结果表明:在聚合反应温度70℃下,乳化剂用量为3.5%、引发剂用量为0.8%,制备的乳液稳定性能最佳,转化率达约97.43%。亲水聚合物的加入使ABS试样具有显著的持久抗静电性,表面电阻下降3~5个数量级。通过SEM观察ABS试样形态结构。A novel hydrophilic polymer which was used in ABS resin as antistatic agent was synthesized by seed pre-emulsification semi-continuous emulsion polymerization technology with styrene (St), butyl acrylate (BA) and methacryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride (DMC) as monomer. The optimum process conditions of the emulsion polymerization were obtained by experimental study on initiator and emulsifying agent amount . And the influence of antistatic agent on the antistatic performance and microstructure of the ABS sample was studied. The results showed that when the polymerization temperature was 70 ℃, the emulsifying agent amount was 3.5 % and the initiator amount was O. 8 % , the synthesis emulsion stable performance was optimal and the conversion efficiency reached to 97.43 %. The ABS sample doped with hydrophilic polymer was donate significant permanent antistativity ( surface resistance decreased 3 - 5 magnitude). Morpho-structure of the ABS sample was observed by SEM.
