摘  要:分别从注塑制品的冲击强度、重量重复精度及塑化时间方面研究不同计量段结构的注射螺杆对制品塑化质量及产量的影响,分析3种螺杆(即普通型、分离型及屏障型)分别加工结晶型和无定形物料制品的塑化质量及产量,筛选出最适合用于加工结晶型及无定形物料的螺杆。结果表明:计量段结构为分离型的螺杆最适合用于加工结晶型物料;计量段结构为屏障型的螺杆最适合用于加工无定形物料;普通型螺杆作为通用型螺杆既适用于加工结晶型物料也适用于加工无定形物料,但其塑化质量不及新型螺杆。The effects of different injection screws on the plasticizing quality of the products or the throughput from the impact strength, the weight repeated accuracy of products and the plasticizing time were studied. And the plasticizing quality and the throughput of crystalline or amorphous products processed by different screws was analyzed( these are metering screw, barrier screw and maddock screw) ,then one kind of screw that was suitable for processing crystalline or amorphous polymers was chose. The result showed that the barrier screw was suitable for the crystalline polymers, the maddoek screw was suitable for the amorphous polymers, and the metering screw not only could be used for processing the crystalline polymers, but also could be used for processing the amorphous polymers. However,the plasticizing quality of the metering screw was inferior to the new designed screws.
