摘 要:通过溶液共混制备了聚乳酸(PLA)与柠檬酸三丁酯(TBC)、柠檬酸三乙酯(TEC)、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯(ATBC)和乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯(ATEC)4种柠檬酸酯增塑PLA薄膜,配比分别为:100/0,97.5/2.5,95/5,90/10,85/15。研究了薄膜的相态结构和Tg随增塑剂含量的变化规律,重点研究了薄膜水蒸气透过率(WVTR)和水接触角(CA)与增塑剂种类及含量的内在联系。结果表明:上述所制备的薄膜都为均相结构;Tg随增塑剂含量的增加单调降低;WVTR则与增塑剂含量成正比,与Tg成反比;PLA/TBC和PLA/TEC薄膜的亲水性得到很大提高。PLA/TBC, PLA/TEC, PLA/ATBC and PLA/ATEC were prepared with solution blending method. The ratio were 100/0,97.5/2.5,95/5,90/10 and 85/15 respectively. The relation of phase structure and Ts to the different ratio was researched. The relation of water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) and water contact angle (CA) to the plasticizer species as well as plasticizer contents was researched especially. Results showed that all of blending film were the homogeneous phase structure. Ts was Linear decrease with the increase of plasticizer contents. WVTR were direct proportion to the plasticizer contents but inverse relationship to the Ts. The hydrophilicity of PLA/TBC and PLA/TEC film increased obviously.
