摘 要:通过原位熔融聚合的方法合成了聚酰胺11(尼龙11)/马来酸酐化乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE-g-MAH)共混材料,采用XLY-Ⅱ型毛细管流变仪研究共混物的流变特性。结果表明:PA11及其共混物融体均为假塑性流体,在200~230℃下的非牛顿指数n为0.538~0.775。随着POE-g-MAH含量的增加,表观黏度趋于增加。POE-g-MAH的加入导致体系的黏流活化能下降,表明共混材料的表观黏度对温度的敏感性降低,易于加工成型。Polyamide 11 ( PAl 1 )/maleated poly (ethylene-octene) (POE-g-MAH) blends were prepared by in-situ melt polymerization. The rheological behaviours of PAll/POE blends were investigated using XLY- II rheometer. The results showed that PAl 1 and its blends displayed pseudo plastic fluid. The non-Newtonian indexes were in the range of 0. 538~ 0. 775 with the variation of temperature from 200 ~C to 230 ~C. The apparent viscosity of the blends increased with the increasing POE-g- MAH loading level. The apparent viscous activation energy of the blends tended to reduce as comparison with the pure PAl 1 , which indicating that the apparent viscosity of blends was less sensitive to temperature and is ready to be processed.
