摘 要:目的:建立饮用水中氯酸盐、亚氯酸盐和溴化物的离子色谱检测方法。方法:水样经过IonPac AS23型阴离子柱(4×250 mm)、IonPac AG23 4×50 mm保护住,采用ASRS300阴离子抑制器,利用4.5 mmol/L Na2CO3-0.8 mmol/L NaHCO3淋洗液,流速为1.00 ml/min和DS6型电导检测器进行检测。结果:本方法线性良好r,≥0.9996,精密度高(RSD<2%),样品加标回收率为88.0%~104.0%,最低检出量为0.0015 mg/L~0.0018 mg/L。结论:该方法操作简单、快速、准确、灵敏度高,适用于实际水样的测定。Objective:To establish a method for detemination of chlorate,chlorite and bromide residues in drinking water by ion chromatography(IC).Methods:The separation was performed on an IonPac AS23 analytical column(4×250 mm) and an IonPac AG23 guard column(4×50 mm)with an ASRS300 Suppressor by 4.5 mmol/L sodium carbonate and 0.8 mmol/Lsodium bicarbonate eluent,1.00 ml/min flow rate with a DS6 suppressed conductivity detector.Results:This method had good relativity(r≥0.9996) and good analytic precision(RSD2%).The samples'average rates of recovery were 88.0%~104.0% and the detection limit was 0.0015 mg/L~0.0018 mg/L.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate and sensitive.Thus it can be used for determination of by-products in the drinking water.
