摘　　要：目的:了解男男同性恋(MSM)人群艾滋病和性病的感染状况,为实施干预措施提供依据。方法:对2006年-2009年调查的651例MSM进行HIV、HBV、HCV和梅毒螺旋体(TP)抗体检测。结果:651份MSM样本中,检出HIV阳性53例(8.14%),HBsAg阳性55例(8.45%),HCV阳性1例(0.15%),TP阳性73例(11.21%)。结论:本地MSM人群中HIV和性病感染状况不容乐观,应尽早采取预防和干预措施。Objective：To investigate the prevalence of HIV and sex transmitted diseases（STDs） in MSM（man who have sex with man） for the disease control and prevention.Methods：Antibodies of HIV,HBV,HCV and syphilis（TP） in 651 MSM were detected in 2006-2009.Results：The MSM infection 53with HIV positive（8.14 %）,55 with HBsAg positive（8.45%）,1 with HCV positive（0.15 %）and 73 with TP positive（11.21 %）.Conclusion：In Hangzhou city,the HIV and STDs infection status in MSM is not optimistic prevention and intervention measure should be taken as soon as possible.
