摘　　要：目的:文章根据巴州新型农牧区合作医疗的运行现状,分析该地区新型农牧区合作医疗出现的问题,从而提出解决问题的对策,为巴州新型农牧区合作医疗可持续发展提供依据。方法:采用现场流行病的调研方法,收集了巴州新型农牧区合作医疗的相关文件及数据,用Access建立数据库,对巴州新型农牧区合作医疗的运行现状进行统计描述。结论:通过对巴州新型农村合作医疗基本运行情况和成效进行分析,发现农牧民参合情况良好,但缺乏稳定的长效筹资机制;基金使用率偏低,补偿模式有待完善;管理资源短缺,管理缺失规范化和监管不力;基层服务能力有待于加强。从而能更好的保障新型农牧区合作医疗的可持续发展。Objective To study the status of New Rural Cooperative Medical System in BaZhou,analyze its problems,put forward countermeasures,and provide reference for its sustainable development.Methods Related documents and data of New Rural Cooperative Medical System in BaZhou were collected by epidemiological research methods.And database was established with software of Access,and analyzed with statistics description.Conclusion The status of farmers and herdsmen joining in New Rural Cooperative Medical System was fine.But there existed some problems,such as insufficient stable long-term financing mechanism and management resources,lower rate of fund utilization,undeveloped compensation mode,and shortage of ability to supervision and services.The sustainable development of New Rural Cooperative Medical System can be promoted in Bazhou by solving these problems.
