摘  要:以3-巯基丙酸为稳定剂水相合成了新型CdTe:Mn/ZnS量子点,用原子力显微镜、紫外-可见光谱、荧光光谱等技术对其进行了表征.以CdTe:Mn/ZnS量子点为磷光探针,建立了基于汞离子对该量子点的磷光猝灭定量检测汞离子的新方法.文中考察了pH值、缓冲介质、反应时间、量子点浓度等因素的影响.在最佳实验条件下,可测定5.0×10-8~1.0×10-5 mol/L的汞离子,检出限为4.3×10-9 mol/L.方法成功地应用于实际样品中超痕量汞离子的测定.文中就其作用机理作了初步探讨.A novel Mn-doped CdTe/ZnS quantum dots was synthesized in aqueous solution with 3-mercaptopropionic acid as the stabilizer, and characterized by atomic force microscopy, ultraviolet-visible spectrometry and spectrofluorimetry, respectively. A new approach was developed for the sensitive and selective detection of mercury ions with Mn-doped CdTe/ZnS quantum dots as phosphorescence probes. Influence factors, including the concentration and pH of buffer, reaction time and quantum dots concentration, were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, the calibration graph was linear in the range from 5.0 ×10^-8 to 1.0 × 10^-5 mol/L of mercury ions concentration, with a detection limit of 4.3 ×10^-9 mol/L. The pro- posed method has been successfully used for the determination of trace mercury ions in water sample. The interaction mechanism between mercury ions and quantum dots has been orimarily discussed.
