隔物温和灸治疗急性期周围性面瘫临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察隔物温和灸治疗急性期周围性面瘫的疗效。[方法]120例随机分为治疗组60例以隔物温和灸配合针刺,对照组60例以针刺疗法进行治疗。[结果]显愈率治疗组83.3%,对照组65%。[结论]传统针灸疗法结合隔物温和灸治疗急性期周围性面瘫疗效显著,具有良好的临床应用价值。[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of cake-separated mild moxibustion on acute stage peripheral facial paralysis.[Methods]120 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group（n=60） were treated with acupuncture.The treatment group（n=60） were treated with the same treatment as the control group,and cake-separated mild moxibustion was added.[Result]The cured and markedly effective rate was 85% in the treatment group and 65%.[Conclusion]The effect of Traditional acupuncture and cake-separated mild moxibustion is distinct for acute stage peripheral facial paralysis.They have good value of clinical applications.
