“头手足三联针法”治疗脑梗死性痴呆临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察研究采用"头手足三联针法"治疗脑梗死性痴呆的临床疗效。[方法]筛选符合入组标准的病例,进行针刺治疗,治疗前后评定MMSE-R量表积分,通过前后对照分析,评定疗效。[结果]针刺治疗前后MMSE-R量表积分有显著差异。[结论]临床采用"头手足三联针法"治疗脑梗死性痴呆取得满意的疗效。[Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of treating VD with the ＂Head-hand-foot tripie acupuncture kinesitherapy＂.[Method]To choose the eligible patients,treated them with the ＂Head-hand-foot tripie acupuncture kinesitherapy,before and after treatment period,tested them with MMSE-R measurement meter,lastly regarded the score of MMSE-R measurement meter in order to observe the clinical curative effect.[Result and Conclusion]the famous different between the early score of MMSE-R measurement meter and later score of MMSE-R measurement meter showed the plasted clinical curative effect of treating VD with the ＂Head-hand-foot tripie acupuncture kinesitherapy＂.
