摘　　要：[目的]观察中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。[方法]选取57例慢性心力衰竭患者,均保持原有西药治疗上,其中中药治疗组29例给予益气强心饮口服,8周后进行疗效评价。[结果]中药治疗组在改善慢性心衰、心功能、运动耐量等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗可显著改善慢性心力衰竭患者症状,提高心功能,增加运动耐量。[Objective]Observe chronic heart failure clinical effect of the treatment of Integrative Medicine.[Methods]Selected a total of 57 patients with chronic heart failure patients,maintain the original basis of western medicine,29 people among which the treatment group of Chinese medicin with drinking the Yi Qi Qiang Xin Yin,then after 8 weeks we would evaluate the efficency.[Results]The treatment group of Chinese medicine was better then the control group with improving the cardiac function and exercise tolerance of Chronic heart ailure（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Integrative medicine can significantly improve the symptoms of chronic heart failure patients and Increase the cardiac function,heighten exercise tolerance.
