“足生大丁”与“糖尿病足”相关性探要

摘　　要：糖尿病足是糖尿病的慢性并发症之一。在2000多年前的《素问.生气通天论》中有"高粱之变,足生大丁"的相关记载。在参研医理及结合临床观察的基础上,发现《素问.生气通天论》中所论"足生大丁"与现代医学的"糖尿病足"之间存在一定相关性,即糖尿病足应隶属于"足生大丁"的范畴。Diabetes foot（DF） is one of the diabetes＇s chronic complications.it can be found such sentences like ＂sorghum of change,the small foot hygiene＂in the book ＂Suwen Angry tongtian theory＂ which had been written in 2000 years ago.On the base of studying medical knowledge and clinical observation,we can find the relevance between ＂the small foot hygiene＂ and ＂DF＂,that is DF should be attached to ＂the small foot hygiene＂.
