摘　　要：为推动VCT工作在我国的开展,提高咨询员咨询知识、技巧,规范咨询过程,研制开发了基于CAPS认知行为模型的艾滋病自愿咨询检测辅助软件.它实际是建立在已经证实有效的行为干预理论之上的一套技术和知识水平较高的专家决策辅助系统.系统使用VB作为开发工具,着重介绍了系统基于的理论模型、数据库设计和功能模块设计,并对软件的试用效果作出了评价.结果表明:该系统能有效提高咨询效果,规范咨询过程,使咨询服务更具针对性和有效性.In order to promote the development of VCT in our country,improve the knowledge and technique of consultant,standardise the process of consultation,we designed a suit of VCT assistant software based on CAPS model.In fact,it was an expert decision support system based on a suit of behavior intervention theory which was proved effective.VB was the development tool.In this thesis,the theory model,the design of database and function modules were introduced emphatically.At the end of the thesis,the effect of the application of the software was assessed.The result showed that the system could improve the effect of the consultation,standardise the process of consultation and make the consultation have more pertinency and effectiveness.
