摘　　要：[目的]掌握山东省县级疾病预防控制机构实验室装备和检验能力情况,为卫生行政部门的决策和疾控机构的发展提供参考依据。[方法]普查山东省2009年139个县级疾控机构实验室面积、仪器设备、检验能力,采用Excel 2003统计,与卫生部制定的指导标准比较分析。[结果]139个县级疾控机构实验室面积占总建筑面积的比例平均为26.44%,"完成常规工作所需仪器设备"种类和数量平均拥有率分别为51.28%和42.62%,"必须开展的工作项目"拥有率为48.31%。[结论]山东省县级疾控机构"完成常规工作所需仪器设备"仍有较大缺口,检验检测能力不足。[Objective]To master the condition of instruments and testing capacity at county disease control and prevention institutions in Shandong province,so as to provide scientific basis for policy by administrative department of health and development of disease control and prevention institutions.[Methods]A general survey was made at 139 county disease control and prevention institutions on laboratory areas,instruments and testing capacity.Excel 2003 was used for statistics and the results were compared and analyzed with direction standard by Ministry of Health.[Results]The average ratio of laboratory area and total building area was 26.44% at 139 county disease control and prevention institutions.The average rate of possession was 51.28% and 42.62% respectively in category and quantity for routine instrument.The average rate of possession was 48.31% for imperative detection items.[Conclusion]There are great gaps in routine instrument at county disease control and prevention institutions in Shandong province.And the testing capacity is insufficient.
