摘　　要：[目的]对青岛市实施奥运城市公共场所控烟项目取得的成效进行评价,为控烟法规修订提供参考依据。[方法]随机抽取6类场所和从业人员,分为干预组和对照组,同时进行现场观察和问卷基线调查。对干预组实施控烟干预,干预结束后对两组进行相同内容的调查。[结果]干预后各类场所禁烟标志、吸烟区划分和劝阻吸烟的数量明显增加;总体来看从业人员对烟草危害认知水平干预后显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);公共场所室内完全禁烟的支持率干预后(53.3%)也明显高于干预前(44.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]在宾馆、餐厅、出租车、医院及办公场所实行室内完全禁烟是可行的,控烟干预尤其是禁烟立法对场所禁烟措施的建立、劝阻吸烟的行为及提高认知和禁烟支持率效果明显。[Objective]To evaluate the effect of the Olympic city public smoking project in Qingdao,and provide the reference for tobacco control regulations revision.[Methods]Randomly sSix types of sites and employees were randomly selected,and divided into intervention combination and control group.Simultaneously carried out fField observation and questionnaire baseline survey were carried out simultaneously.To implement iIntervention was implemented on intervention group,Undergo the same content investigation was carried out on the two groups after the intervention.[Results]All sorts of other places nNon-smoking sign,non-smoking section partition and discourage smoking quantity increased obviously at all sorts of places after the intervention.Overall,the Ccognitive level of practitioners on tobacco hazard cognitive improved significantly after the intervention than before,and the Ddifferences are was statistically significant（P0.001）.The approval rate of indoor complete non-smoking in public places increased from 44.8% to 53.3% after the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.[Conclusion]Implementing indoor completely non-smoking is feasible in hotels,restaurants,taxi,hospitals and offices.The effect of intervention especially prohibition laws for place non-smoking measures,the establishment of discourage smoking behavior and improve cognitiveon improving and non-smoking approval ratings rate is obvious.
