摘　　要：[目的]了解托幼机构手足口病的发病特点,为指导托幼机构手足口病的防控工作提供依据。[方法]对2010年4月发生在邹城市千泉街道一家民办幼儿园的手足口病暴发疫情调查情况进行分析。[结果]2010年4月8-17日,该幼儿园累计发生手足口病病例19例,罹患率为24.36%,无死亡病例。采集病例粪便标本9份,E病毒核酸均阳性,CVA16病毒核酸阳性的8份。[结论]这是一起由CVA 16感染引起的手足口病暴发疫情。[Objective]To understand the characteristics of hand,foot and mouth disease incidence,in order to provide basis for its prevention and control in kindergartens.[Methods]Analysis was made on an outbreak of hand foot and mouth disease at a private kindergarten in Qianquan community,Zoucheng city,April 2010.[Results]On 8th April to 17th April,2010,a total of 19 cases of hand,foot and mouth disease were reported in the kindergarten,the attack rate was 24.36%,with no deaths.9 fecal samples were collected,E virus nucleic acid were positive,8 copies of Cox A16 were viral RNApositive.[Conclusion]This is an outbreak of hand,foot and mouth disease caused by Cox A16 infection.
