摘　　要：[目的]了解于都县动物致伤人群的流行病学特征,为制订相关防治措施提供科学依据。[方法]对2007-2009年于都县疾病预防控制中心狂犬病预防门诊部登记的动物致伤就诊者的个案资料进行分析。[结果]于都县2007-2009年累计动物致伤15 732例。其中,男性占62.22%,15岁以下儿童占59.19%;受伤时间在5-10月的占61.26%;致伤四肢者占89.38%,Ⅲ级暴露者占61.11%;受伤后6-12 h就诊者占74.97%,自行处理伤口的占1.24%;全程接种人用狂犬病疫苗的占99.18%,注射狂犬病被动免疫制剂的占30.30%。致伤动物为犬只的占82.23%。[结论]于都县动物伤人现象较严重,以犬伤为主。[Objective]To understand the epidemiological characteristics of animal-injured populations in Yudu county,so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and control measures.[Methods]Analysis was made on data of animal-injured cases registered at Yudu county center for disease control and prevention vaccination clinics in 2007-2009.[Results]Of the 15 732 cases injured by animal in Yudu County from 2007 to 2009,male cases accounted for 62.22%,59.19% were children under 15,61.26% were injured from May to October,injury victims of the limbs accounted for 89.38%,Ⅲ injury level accounted for 61.26%,the outpatients 6-12hours after being injured accounted for 74.97%,settle by oneself was 1.24%,dog bitten victims receiving full vaccination was 99.18%,30.30% cases received passive rabies immunization doses.82.23% of them were bitten by dogs.[Conclusion]The animal injury on humans is severe in Yudu county,especially the dog injury.
