椎间盘气化减压术联合臭氧溶解术与单纯臭氧溶解治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的:探讨经皮激光椎间盘气化减压术加臭氧溶解术联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:随机选取2007年2月至2008年8月在我院疼痛科住院的115例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按治疗方式随机分为经皮激光椎间盘气化减压术加臭氧溶解术联合治疗组56例和单纯臭氧(O3)溶解术治疗组59例,随访12个月,比较两组治疗效果及术后并发症。结果:联合治疗组的有效率为89.3%,症状改善明显,较单纯臭氧溶解治疗组有效率71.2%相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者术后并发症比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:经皮激光椎间盘气化减压术加臭氧溶解术联合治疗具有创伤小,痛苦少,安全性高,疗效更佳等特点,是微创治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效组合方法之一。Objective：To analyze curative effect of percutaneous laser disc descompression（PLDD） plus medical ozone intradisc injection for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.Methods：A prespective study was carried out from February 2007 to August 2008.A total of 115 cases with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into 2 groups,56 patients operated by PLDD＋medical ozone injection inside disc,and 59 patients underwent medical ozone injection only.All the cases were followed up for 12 months.The treatment effectiveness and postoperative complication were analysed.Results：All cases had been successfully operated,and symptoms were improved significantly.The effective rate of therapeutic alliance group was 89.3%,higher than the medical ozone injection group（P0.05）.No statistically significant difference was found in the two groups in postoperative complication（P0.05）.Conclusions：PLDD plus medical ozone intradisc injection improved the clinical curative effect,for the treatment of lumbar disc protrusion.
