摘　　要：目的总结我院80例肾囊肿CT引导硬化治疗经验。方法分析本院自2003年以来治疗的80例肾囊肿的资料,结合文献进行讨论。结果经硬化治疗的肾囊肿囊腔闭合达82.3%,囊腔不同程度缩小17.7%,有效率100%。结论 CT引导下穿刺硬化治疗肾囊肿,操作简单,创伤小,疗程短,疗效可靠,并发症少,费用低,值得临床推广。Objective To summarize the experience of CT guided sclerotherapy for renal cysts. Methods Data of 80 cases of renal cyst in our hospital since 2003 were analyzed and reviewed combined with the literature. Results After sclerotherapy, renal cyst was closed at 82.3 percent of patients, and cyst cavity was reduced at varying degrees in 17.7% of patients. The efficiency rate was 100%. Conclusions CT-guided percutaneous sclerotherapy of renal cysts is simple, minimally invasive, short duration of treatment and reliable, less complications and low cost.
