摘  要:论述了绿色建筑材料现有的单因子及复合评价法、国际上通用的全生命周期(LCA)评价法,对比了他们的优势及不足。分析了全生命周期法在评价体系及评价指标方面存在的问题。指出了从提高评价体系的可操作性、简化评价流程、评价体系必须满足质量指标和环境指标等方面进行改进,并强调了评价体系应适应我国科技发展水平的动态性。使广大建材科技工作者从中有所裨益,为我国绿色建筑材料评价标准的制定提供参考。Discussing the single - factor assessment, compound assessment and life - cycle assessment in green building materials, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of them. Analysis the problems of life - cycle assessment in evaluation indicators. Point out the improvement of evaluation system from increasing maneuverability, simplifying the evaluation process, the evaluation system must meet the quality indicators and improvements in areas such as environmental indicators. And stressed that evaluation system should be adapted to science and technology development of our country. Materials science and technology workers will benefit from it, and give some advice on evaluation Criteria of Green Building Materials.
