摘　　要：分析了在离散状态下比例因子对不变矩特征的影响,构造了一种新的不变矩,使其具有平移、旋转和比例因子的不变性。在仿真实验中,采用新的不变矩对图像进行了识别、识别的成功率为95%;而采用原来的不变矩,识别的成功率仅为70%左右。由此表明本文构造的新不变矩具有一定的利用价值。This paper analyses the influence of scale factor on moment invariant features in discrete,constructs a new moment invariant with both scale,translation and rotating invariance.In simulation experiment,we recognize the images using new moment invariant,its successful rate is 95%,but old moment invariant is only 70%,therefore the results show that new moment invariant is valuable.
