组织工程人工真皮在32例鼻尖整形中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探索组织工程人工真皮在鼻尖整形中的应用方法与效果。方法:对首次行鼻尖整形者20例,已在外院采用单纯硅胶假体隆鼻术失败者12例采用组织工程人工真皮鼻尖整形手术。结果:效果良好者25例,改善者7例,有效率为100%。随访3个月～2年,鼻尖形态良好,无假体外露、鼻尖变形等并发症。结论:组织工程人工真皮在鼻尖整形中的应用效果好,不会造成因假体直接抬高鼻尖带来的诸多并发症,无排异现象,取材丰富,是较理想的材料,值得临床推广。Objective：To explore the artificial application method and effect of tissue engineering artificial dermis in nasal plastic.Methods：zo cases were on the first line of nasal plastic.12 failed cases of pure silicon prosthesis whom has been used before,were accepted nasal plastic surgery using tissue engineering artificial dermis.Results：of all the cases,fluent in 25 patients,improve the effect in 7cases,the efficient is 100%.Follow -up of 3 months to 2 years,the form is good,no false in vitro,tip deformation and complications.Conclusion： The effect of tissue engineering in the plastic artificial dermis application is good,which will not bring up many applications because of Meanwhile,it has no rejection phenomenon,drawn ortensive,is an.wich worth top elevatvon by prosthesis.
