摘　　要：分析了高师院校图书馆文献采访工作面临的困境,论述了文献采访虚拟团队建设的必然性,提出了通过开展工作分析、厘清团队目标、促进有效沟通等策略来加强虚拟团队建设。This paper analyzes the predicament faced by the literature acquisition of the library of normal university,expounds the necessity of the construction of virtual teams for literature acquisition,and puts forward some strategies for strengthening the construction of virtual teams through developing the work analysis,clarifying the team goal,and promoting the effective communication,etc.
