摘　　要：阐述了电子馆藏建设的目的、标准、依据和需求平衡原则等,提出了加强读者培训、加强网络基础设施建设、提高管理人员水平等充分利用电子馆藏的有效措施。This paper expounds the aims,standards,references and demand balance principles of the construction of electronic collection,and put forward some effective measures such as strengthening readers＇training,strengthening the construction of network infrastructure,and improving the level of management personnel,etc.
