摘　　要：结合某小区1～4号楼工程实例,对其工程地质条件进行了分析,介绍了灰土挤密桩与CFG桩二元复合地基的设计方法、施工、检测及地基处理效果。Connecting with the project case of Building no.1～ Building no.4 in a certain residential quarter,this paper analyzes its engineering geological conditions,and introduces the design method,construction,detection and foundation treatment result of dual compound foundation （lime-soil compaction pile and CFG pile）.
