摘　　要：目的:探讨河南汉族人群中凝血因子Ⅶ(FⅦ)基因IVS7多态性与缺血性脑血管病(ICVD)的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测512例ICVD患者和560名正常对照者FⅦ基因IVS7位点的多态性,并进行基因型频率及等位基因频率的比较。结果:发现3种常见的基因型:H7H7、H7H6和H6H6;3种少见的基因型:H8H7、H8H6和H7H5;首次发现H6H4基因型。河南汉族H5、H6、H7和H8等位基因频率分别为48.0%、51.6%、0.2%和0.2%。ICVD组IVS7多态性H6H7基因型频率及H7等位基因频率均低于对照组(χ2=5.310和7.712,P=0.021和0.005)。结论:IVS7位点的H7等位基因可能是河南汉族人群ICVD发生的遗传保护因子。Aim：To explore the relationship between coagularion factorⅦ（FⅦ） IVS7 polymorphisms and ischemic cerebrovascular disease（ICVD） of Henan Han population.Methods：A totle of 512 patients with ICVD were collected as ICVD group and 560 healthy subjects were used as control group.The FⅦ IVS7 polymorphisms were detected by PCR-RFLP.Results：Genotypes of H7H7,H7H6,H6H6,H8H7,H8H6,H7H5,and H6H4 were found.Allele frenquency of H5,H6,H7,and H8 was 48.0%,51.6%,0.2% and 0.2%,respectively.The H6H7 genotypes of FⅦ IVS7 and allele frenquency of H7 in ICVD group were lower than that in control group,there were significant differences（χ2= 5.310 and 7.712,P=0.021 and 0.005）.Conclusion：The H7 allele of the FⅦ/IVS7 polymorphism may be a protective genetic factor against ischemic cerebrovascular disease in Henan Han population.
