远程教育对乳腺癌出院患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响

摘  要:目的探讨远程教育对乳腺癌出院患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响。方法将40例出院的乳腺癌术后患者随机分为干预组(21例)和对照组(19例)。两组患者均实施常规健康教育,干预组在此基础上实施远程教育,包括电话教育和网络教育。比较干预后两组患者焦虑、抑郁和生活质量的差异。结果出院后1个月、3个月干预组患者的负性情绪得分均低于对照组,生活质量高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论远程教育可减轻患者焦虑、抑郁程度,提高患者对术后康复的信心,使患者以最佳心态进入康复阶段。Objective To investigate the effect of distance education on the negative emotion and life quality of discharged patients with breast cancer.Methods 43 breast cancer patients discharged soon after surgery and chemotherapy were randomly divided into the intervention(n = 21) and the control groups(n = 19).The intervention group received both regular health education and supportive telephone interventions as well as network-based intervention after discharge from the hospital and the control group only received routine health education.The differences of anxiety,depression and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of negative emotion in intervention group after discharge at months 1 and 3,were lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life was higher than that of the control group(both P 0.05).Conclusion Distance support may reduce anxiety and depression,increase confidence in postoperative rehabilitation of patients and help the patient with the best state of mind into the rehabilitation phase.
