强化整体护理理念对四肢关节结核患者术后护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨强化整体护理理念对四肢关节结核患者术后护理质量的影响。方法选择本院2008年1月-2010年9月198例四肢关节结核术后患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各99例。对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用强化整体护理理念进行护理,观察两组患者的术后并发症的发生率、患者对健康教育知晓率及对护理工作的满意度。结果实验组患者对健康教育知晓率及对护理工作的满意度高于对照组、并发症的发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论四肢关节结核患者术后强化整体护理理念,有利于提高患者的健康教育知晓率和对护理工作的满意度,减少术后并发症,从而提高患者的护理质量。Objective To study the effect of strengthened holistic nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with limb joint tuberculosis.Methods 198 patients with limb joint tuberculosis from January 2008 to September 2009 were randomly divided into the experiment group and control group in equal number.The control group received routine care while the experimental group was cared by strengthened concept of holistic nursing.The rehabilitation results were observed between the two groups.Result The rate in patient＇s awareness of health education in the experiment group was higher than that of the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusions Strengthened holistic nursing may help to raise the rate in patient＇s awareness of health education and the degree of satisfaction with nursing service.It may reduce complications and improve their quality of life.
