偏心性髋臼旋转截骨术治疗成人髋臼发育不良的康复护理

摘　　要：目的总结成人髋臼发育不良行偏心性髋臼旋转截骨术(eccentric rotational acetabular osteotomy,ERAO)的康复护理体会。方法回顾性分析2007年10月-2009年10月本院采用ERAO治疗成人髋臼发育不良7例患者的临床资料,总结术后康复护理要点。结果 7例患者术程顺利,手术时间3-6h,平均(4.20±0.79)h;术中出血量600-2800mL,平均(1545.00±619.32)mL;住院时间14-18d,平均(16.00±0.95)d。7例患者均术后2w拆线,甲级愈合;Harris评分86-100分,平均(95.80±3.26)分,无1例出现并发症。结论 ERAO术后采用针对性的康复护理措施,有利于减少术后并发症,促进患者康复。Objective To summarize the experience in conducting rehabilitation nursing to patients with adult acetabular dysplasia treated by operative eccentric rotational acetabular osteotomy（ERAO）.Methods The clinical data of 7 patients who received eccentric rotational acetabular osteotomy because of adult acetabular dysplasia were retrospectively analyzed.The key points at postoperative rehabilitation nursing were summarized.Results Surgical operations were completed successfully in 7 patients.Surgical duration was 3-6 h,averaged（4.20 ± 0.79）h;Blood loss：600-2 800 mL,averaged（1 545.0 ± 619.32）mL;Length of stay 14-18 days,averaged（16.0 ± 0.95）days.The stitches were taken out after 2 w in all the patients.Harris score：86-100,averaged（95.8 ± 3.26）.No complications occurred.Conclusion Rehabilitation care measures in patients with adult acetabular dysplasia treated by operative ERAO may be good for reduction of complication and facilitation of their rehabilitation.
