手术患者流动交接记录本在患儿心脏手术核查中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨手术患者流动交接记录本在患儿心脏手术核查中的应用效果。方法选择2009年9月-2010年3月150例心脏手术患儿为对照组,选择2010年4-10月150例患儿为实验组,对照组采用常规的手术交接方法,实验组采用手术患者流动交接记录本,完善手术患者流动交接记录内容及流程,比较两组患儿手术边缘时间护理缺陷发生率及患儿家属对手术交接转运工作的满意度。结果实验组手术边缘时间护理总缺陷发生率低于对照组、患儿家属对手术交接转运工作满意度高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论设立和应用手术流动交接记录本完善手术交接核查,可有效降低手术边缘时间护理缺陷的发生率,提高患儿家属对手术交接转运工作的满意度,有利于避免护患纠纷的发生。Objective To evaluate the nursing efficacy of the approach of checking nursing contents and flow-sheet at making transition after children cardiovascular surgery.Methods 150 children undergoing cardiovascular surgery from September 2009 to March 2010 were put in the control group,while another 150 children with same surgery from April to October in 2010 in the experiment group.In the control group,routine shift making was done,while the approach of checking nursing contents and flow-sheet at making shifts was used.Then the two groups were compared in terms of the incidence of nursing defects rate around operational manipulation and the satisfaction of patients＇ families with the transfer after surgery.Results The incidence of nursing defects rate around operational manipulation in the experiment group was lower than that of the control group（P 0.01） and the satisfaction was higher than that of the control group（P 0.01）.Conclusion The approach of checking nursing contents and flow-sheet at making transfer after children cardiovascular surgery may lower the incidence of nursing defects around operational manipulation,raise the satisfaction level of patients and their relatives on surgical transition and prevent nursing disputes.
